Rules
The rules for the 2025 & 2026 season are as follows:
Only full members of CMRC will be included and CMRC must be your first claim club with England Athletics.
Please make sure you enter the race (or are registered with Parkrun) as a member of CMRC.
CMRC kit must be worn for the duration of each race.
For each race, the top finisher in each category will be awarded 10 points, 2nd finisher 9 points and so on with every eligible member earning a minimum of 2 points per race.
There will be five categories, with separate awards made for males and females; under 40, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and over. Age is calculated on the date of the first race of the year (the Wyre Forest parkrun).
You can take part in as many or as few of the races as you like, but only your highest 6 scores will count.
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 in each category at the end of the year (usually at the Christmas party).
