Rules
The rules for the 2026 season are as follows:
Only full members of CMRC will be included and CMRC must be your first claim club with England Athletics.
Please make sure you enter the race (or are registered with Parkrun) as a member of CMRC.
CMRC kit must be worn for the duration of each race.
For each race, the top finisher in each category will be awarded 10 points, 2nd finisher 9 points and so on with every eligible member earning a minimum of 2 points per race.
There will be five categories, with separate awards made for males and females; under 40, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and over. Age is calculated on the date of the first race of the year.
Updated: You can join as many races as you want, but prizes will only be awarded to runners who qualify by completing at least 6 races and only your highest 6 scores will count.
Updated: The committee will, at their discretion, award prizes for age categories where runners do not qualify as the number of races has not been achieved.
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 in each category at the end of the year (usually at the Christmas party).
